Track

Hello from St. Regis:

Pump up the volume!  Do you hear the music?  The track is no longer silent!  We have skilled sprinters, distance runners, throwers, and jumpers. We have won 3 CYO Championships, 6 CYO Championship Runners up and have 7 undefeated league Championships.  We proudly wear the Raider Red as we are feared and respected thru out the CYO. We fear nothing! We ARE Raider Track!! Track season is 6 weeks away and it is time to prepare.

Here are some important dates to note:

We start the season in March  and end in May, with the CYO Championship.  We will be practicing the same time as always- 6:30 to 8:00 at the Brother Rice Track,                     Monday thru Friday.

St. Regis coaches will be  visiting the student athletes at OLQM to promote their program.

Our Parent Information/Orientation Meeting will be scheduled in early March In the Father Shield’s Room at St. Regis. We will be brief and cover the introduction of the coaching staff, schedules, shoes, proper apparel, appropriate foods, philosophy, and answer any questions you may have.

The Raider coaching staff is poised and ready to build another Championship year but more importantly, we want to make a difference and indelible mark on your young athletes that we are so privileged and honored to coach. As always, we look forward to working with your athletes and we will give them the best that we have to give.  We take great pride in this program and the countless athletes who have graced us with their athleticism and heart.

They will  need of a few people to act as team managers to organize our help for home meets.  Additionally, if you have a running background,  have a passion for excellence, and you would like to make a difference in the lives of a young athlete – we are looking for assistant coaches.  Please contact Tom Gorman or Deanna Wile at the numbers listed below if you are interested in helping us out.
