CYO Sports

 

The Catholic Youth Organization sports offered by OLQM (Grades 5-8) include the following:

• Volleyball (girls)
• Soccer (boys)
• Soccer (girls)
• Basketball (boys and girls)
• Cheerleading (girls)
• Baseball (boys)
• Softball (girls)
• Vicariate Football (boys)
• Vicariate Track (boys and girls)

All OLQM students are automatically eligible to participate in CYO sports offered by the school.  Athletes from other schools must be parish members in good standing and participants of OLQM's Religious Education program.

All students registering for any CYO sport must have a physical exam and a medical clearance on file and paid their registration fee before playing. 

All students registered and playing in any CYO sport must follow the policies set forth in the Athletic Policy Handbook.  Any player that does not follow such policies will be dismissed from the team.   

All late registrations will be placed on a waiting list.  All accepted late registrations will be subject to a $50.00 late fee.

OLQM Game Entry Fees

Season Game Price:

• Volleyball $30
• Basketball $30
• Combo Pack $50

Individual Game Prices:

• $2.00 Student
• $3.00 Adult
• $8.00 Family

Volunteering

• One parent must sign up for two volunteer time slots during the volleyball and basketball seasons.  Volunteers will be asked to work in the concession stand, sell 50/50 tickets or man the ticket table.  If you have any questions or require more information, please contact Lynn Olsen at dlopt1@sbcglobal.net.
