Prospective Family Meetings/Tours
Our Advacement Director, Mrs. Angela Rotter, would be happy to meet with prospective families regarding the admissions process and our programs. These meetings are scheduled by appointment. Please call Angela 248.642.2616 ext. 408 to schedule a meeting. Meetings can be scheduled most weekdays. School tours are scheduled between 9 am - 1 pm most school days.
Shadow Days
Spend an entire school day or half day at OLQM School. We will match each visiting student with one of our student ambassadors, whose job it will be to show his or her guest what it’s like to be a student at OLQM School.

Decisions are based on the following considerations and criteria:
Admission Policy
Our Lady Queen of Martyrs School admits students of any race, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, national or ethnic origin or sex in the administration of its hiring and personnel and education policies, admission, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs as required by the terms of Title IX of the Educational Act of 1972, Public Law 92-316, as amended by Public Law 93-586. Our Lady Queen of Martyrs School will accept students in Preschool through Grade 8, provided applicants meet the specified admissions criteria.
- A parent or guardian of the applicant must complete the Application for Admission on line.
- A parent of guardian of the applicant must complet the online FACTS payment agreement plan.
Admissions Decisions
Decisions are based on the following considerations and criteria:
- Students enrolled at OLQM (Preschool – Grade Seven) will be given first consideration to advance to the next level. Student eligibility for promotion to the next level is a staff decision.
- Children entering Preschool through Grade One should meet the following age requirements:
- Preschool --> 3 by Sept 1 of enrollment year
- Pre-K --> 4 by September 1 of enrollment year
- Jr. Kindergarten or Kindergarten--> 5 by September 1 of the enrollment year
- Grade One--> 6 by September 1 of the enrollment year
- Siblings (Note: Family members must be enrolled during the school year for which the applicant is applying.)
- Families who are registered contributing members of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish. Families are ranked according to the date in which they registered within the parish.
